Ferguson's Country opens in Williamsburg, Brooklyn this year. Cornbread out of cast iron. Catfish blackened or cornmeal fried. Shrimp and grits on stoneground meal.  A hot chicken biscuit, a peach cobbler, a wedge salad with smoked bacon. Cocktails on the list, draft beer, and a deep moonshine program: Lowcountry Iced Tea, Corn Martini, Jogging in a Jug, Kings County Moonshine.

The city is loud.
